Returns and Exchanges

All purchases are final, no refund after payment. 

1. Full refunds for products purchased online or in-store are only offered for defective products. DERORA should be notified of the defect and item returned to the store within 3 days of purchase in order to qualify for full refund. Request for refund will be denied if item is returned without the receipt and intact tag within the stipulated time period.

2. We will only accept ONE-TIME exchanges for items purchased online or in-store if DERORA is notified of the request for exchange and the item returned to the store with the receipt and TAG NOT REMOVED within 7 days of purchase. The item will be inspected and FINAL exchange approved if no fault/defect is found.

3. The client will be required to pay the top-up balance for higher priced exchange items however DERORA will not refund balance for lesser priced exchange items. Request for exchange will be denied if the product is returned without the receipt and TAG REMOVED within the stipulated time period.

4. Items purchased at Sale prices engraved and Custom orders (made to clients’ specifications) can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded.

5. We offer free replacement of secondary (not main stone) cubic zirconia stones within 6 months of the purchase of solid gold jewelry only. This warranty applies to stones that dislodge due to manufacturing defects and not damage caused by the wearer. The item will be inspected and the warranty approved if the terms are met. 

6. We do not currently accept international exchanges or returns so kindly do well to order only sizes you’re sure of.

Non-Exchangable & Non-Refundable Items

  1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
  2. Special/Custom order items such as those with custom designs, sizes and colors are not refundable
  3. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  4. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
